Year 4

Suzie Bettles

I am so thrilled to be teaching in Year 4 this year, which is where I began teaching when I joined the school. I teach the class on Mondays and Tuesdays and we do Forest School, RE and Humanities, as well as Maths and English. This is my fifth year of teaching at St John's and really enjoy being a part of such a warm and friendly school. I lead RE and Forest School across too. Outside of work, I enjoy knitting and baking and I have a two year old son, who often comes with me when I visit the school on my days off

Samantha Blakeborough

Hello, I'm Miss Blakeborough. I am the new co Year 4 teacher, teaching Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. I am so excited to be joining St John's and feel truly honoured to be part of such a warm and welcoming school with a real community feel. I am looking forward to sharing my love of English, Drama and History with the children and working to create a classroom atmosphere that is fun and engaging. Outside of school, I love reading, baking, drawing and spending time with my dog Benji.
