Early Birds and Late Birds Cancellation Procedure
If you have booked your child on to a session but no longer require the place, please Email or telephone the school office 2 days prior to the booking and inform them that you no longer require the place. You will then be fully refunded to your WEDUC account by the school.

We require 2 days’ notice so that the place can be filled by another child and the school does not lose funds needed to keep the club running. If less than 2 days’ notice is given, we will be unable to refund the booking. This includes unforeseen absence due to illness.
Early Birds and Late Birds costs cover staffing, food, services provided and other associated running costs. If we cannot cover these costs, unfortunately we will not be able to provide the wraparound care. We appreciate your understanding and support in this matter.
